Welcome to Borikén Adventures. By booking a jet ski rental or participating in any of our activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Requirements

• All riders must be 18 years or older to rent and operate a jet ski.

• Passengers must be at least 7 years old and accompanied by an adult.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

• All participants must sign a waiver and release of liability before the activity.

2. Safety Rules

• All riders must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket at all times.

• No alcohol or drug use is permitted before or during the rental.

• Unsafe or reckless driving will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

• Riders must follow all instructions given by Borikén Adventures staff.

• The maximum speed limit may be enforced for safety and weather conditions.

3. Payment & Cancellations

• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• If weather or mechanical issues prevent us from operating, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Damage & Liability

• The renter is responsible for any damage to the jet ski or equipment during the rental period.

• A security deposit may be required before departure and will be refunded upon safe return of equipment.

• Borikén Adventures is not responsible for loss of personal items during the activity.

• By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of water sports and agree to hold Borikén Adventures harmless from any injury, damage, or loss.

5. Weather Conditions

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to unsafe weather conditions such as storms, high winds, or dangerous waves.

• Decisions will be made based on official marine forecasts and our staff’s judgment.

6. Photography & Media

• By participating, you grant Borikén Adventures permission to use photos and videos taken during your activity for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
